The subconscious mind only knows the information that we feed it from our conscious mind.
When we want to make a change in our lives, it starts in the conscious mind with the greatest intention. But it’s the subconscious mind that will make the changes as this holds our values, our behaviours, all our memories, every thought, every conversation and our habits. Our conscious mind is overactive and trying to control everything, this can be the reason why will power doesn’t always work. When our conscious and subconscious minds are working in harmony the individual strengths are enhanced and the journey is smooth and effective and you are on your way to happiness and success.
